20:00: Fitting Out Supper
The eagerly awaited ” Fitting Out Supper” is on the 3rd March and it will be a little different this year in as much that we are going to have outside caterers (Affinity Restaurant) in to do everything for us, including serving at tables, washing up, clearing up and obviously the cooking. The cost of a 3 course meal plus teas or coffees will be a very modest £18.50 per head, there will be a vegetarian option. There will be a strict limit of 40 people so please get your names on the list when full details of the meal i.e. times, menus etc. etc. come out later in the week. The caterers cannot offer discounts for children so please feel free to bring your own food for them if you wish. Watch this space.
