The Week Ahead 14th – 20th September

Covid 19 Update

The committee have reviewed the recent changes in Government requirements for Covid 19. Guidance from the RYA indicates that group sailing activities are not affected by these changes and so the club will continue to offer the limited sailing schedule we have been to date.

Rules for these activities remain the same.

  • Come to the jetty prepared to sail, change in the outside changing or on the jetty.
  • Club changing rooms remain closed.
  • Maintain social distancing on the jetty.

With respect to the bar, we are also able to continue our limited opening. Therefore the bar will be open Friday evenings and Sunday lunchtimes only. Please sign into the track and trace book at the entrance, providing your temperature and if there are non-members with you a contact number.

  • Groups must not exceed six.
  • Capacity of the club is thirty in total.
  • Please order drinks from behind the line.
  • Payment is contactless
  • Empties to be returned to the galley bar.
  • Gents to use the outside toilet.

We hope that these measures will enable you to continue using the club to some extent during the next few months.
