Thursday: Usual usual with me doing the bar.
Friday: Book club are having their first gathering for a while with lively discussion on the recent books and what the next ones will be, so if you fancy joining this intellectual group,pop along and join in the lively forum. Your bar star will be Neal Robertson and beverages will be available from 20.00 till 23.00.
Saturday: Flash bang fireworks down at the jetty with the pyrotechnics being orchestrated by Josh Rae and his team. Due to the tide they will start @ 19.00 prompt so be there with your fireworks by then and remember the seafront will be busy due to the councils fireworks being held the same night. The bar will be open and the galley will be doing Hot Dogs, please please let us know if you want to eat so we can plan what to buy.
Sunday: bar will be open from 13.00 till 16.00.
The membership renewals have been sent out by the Hon Membership Secretary (Neil Woodbridge), so please, check in spam, under the bed, wherever….. JUST PAY US NOW !!!!! (his words not mine)
And finally remember the fitting out supper is on the 21/11 and as previously advised, it will be a curry buffet supplied by a local Indian restaurant (mamataz mahal) The list will go up on the notice board at the club this weekend so get your name down asap to avoid disappointment.
