Tuesday: Committee meeting starting @ 20.00
Thursday: Bar open from 20.00 manned by me.
Friday: The RNLI Xmas card/gift sale will be on from 20.00, a wide range of RNLI merchandise will be on sale, starting and carrying on thru the weekend, so come down with lots of money (sorry no card facilities) and support this life saving charity. Last year the TEYC raised more than any of the other local yacht clubs so please please come and help us keep the momentum going.
Also on Friday night we have a cadet night planned so watch out for further details to follow soon. Finally, the bar stars will be Dawn and Jane so there will be no waiting for a drink as these 2 work their magic behind the bar.
Saturday: Laying up supper (curry buffet) with the bar opening @ 19.30 and the meal @ approx. 20.00. There are a few tickets left but I will need to know by Thursday.
Sunday: We will be starting the dog walks again from the jetty, so if you fancy taking your pooch for a gentle stroll along the seafront then come along @ 12.30 and the bar will be open from 13.00 till 16.00.
Guest beer this week will be Young’s Best Bitter.
Finally The Rear Commodore has also asked me to remind members that they MUST make sure their boats are securely tied to the jetty to avoid them being blown onto other boats on the jetty and causing damage, it is your responsibility to do so and the club takes no responsibility for loss or damage.
