The RNLI shop at the end of Southend Pier is currently recruiting staff. The shop is manned by a friendly group of volunteers from all backgrounds and of all ages, it’s a pleasant working environment and provides a great opportunity to meet new people. All profits from this busy little shop go to keeping our lifeboats running and their volunteer crew well trained and equipped.
