Please remember that this Friday 20th February is the first Cadet Night of the year. This will take place at the jetty at 7pm (the bar will be open from approximately 6.30pm). A sailing theory session will take place from 7pm until 8pm. I appreciate this may be a little early for some of you but please make every effort to attend as this is an important opportunity to learn/refresh your sailing theory which we can put into practice later in the year out on the water.
Here’s a link to Cadet Activities Guide 2015 v 3 with an updated list of the cadet activities for the year. You’ll see that most of the start times for the events in this list are still to be confirmed. Following discussions at the Cadet AGM I have decided that Cadet Night start times will vary throughout the year depending on the type of session we are planning and hopefully there will be something to suit everybody. Start times and more details about each event will be shared by email at least one week in advance.
Please also remember, this should be read in conjunction with the main TEYC programme which lists all of the other events including racing (almost all events are open to cadets).
