TEYC Annual General Meeting 11:00 Sunday 10 January 2027

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the clubhouse on Sunday 10 January 2027 at 11:00am, in accordance with Rule 5.
Under Rule 37 Ordinary, Honorary Life, Life and Midshipman members may be eligible for any office, or for the Committee, and may vote at the General Meeting.
Under Rule 38 Joint members – may be eligible for any office, or for the Committee, and vote at the General Meeting.
Under Rule 41 Country Members, Joint Country Members and the Cadet Captain may attend and participate, but may not vote at the General Meeting.
Under Rule 42 Cadet Members, (other than the Cadet Captain), Junior Cadets, Honorary, Social, and temporary members may not attend, participate, or vote at the General Meeting. For these members this calling notice is circulated for information only.
