Firstly, the disabled loo/changing room door was left unlocked again after yesterdays sailing, would the last person to leave the jetty please please check that the door is locked before they leave.
Thursday: Bar open from 20.00 manned by me and Mel :-).
Friday: Bar open from 20.00 and manned by Graham and Paul Hunt.
Saturday: Commodores Cruise and Quick VS the Dead. Bar open thru the afternoon and tea and cakes also available. as mentioned before we do need volunteers to help so please get in touch if you can help.
Sunday: The TEYC will be the venue for the launch of the Alternative City of Culture 2017. This involves entertainment from David Stanley and the Musicman Project… a young talented lady from Chase High displaying her art plus other entertainers. There will be host of local dignitaries attending and there will be nibbles etc etc. It is from due to run from 14.00 to 16.00. Entry is free to TEYC members and the bar will be open from 13.30 till 16.30.
Functions: The list for the Paella night is up on the Notice Board and we need your name by this Thursday if you would like to come along. The list for the RNLI BBQ is also up on the Notice Board and we need your names by 14/07 for that one please.
And lastly, I have finally managed to get a couple of casks of Adnams Mosaic in, I have been told by many beer afficianados that this is the one !!!!! It is made with American Mosaic hops with bold mango, peach, lemon and pine flavours (all part of your 5 a day then) with a dry hoppy finish. It is 4.1% ABV so not too heavy.
